The Learning Disorders Screener 120 (LD Screener 120) for 5 to 19-years-old is an informal evaluation tool designed to identify potential learning difficulties in school age children and adolescents. It covers the following subdomains of the learning process: listening (aural) skills, speaking (oral) skills, word knowledge, reading skills, reading comprehension skills, handwriting skills, spelling skills, written expression skills, numeracy skills, arithmetic operation skills, mathematical conceptualization skills, and mathematical problem-solving skills.

The LD Screener 120 is developed by the Merlion Paediatric Therapy Clinic, Singapore, to provide the first line of assessment to identify those who may be at higher risk of in need of further formal evaluation.
This initial screener can be used alongside other standardised assessment tools (e.g., SORT-3 for oral reading, TOWL-3 for written language, TOMA-3 for mathematics) or customized further for individualised intervention and educationa plan based on specific research or educational objectives.
